The importance of period notes (haid)

Assalamualaikum 

Ladies.

Generally, referring to the title, this entry is specifically dedicated to all Muslim women. I’m dedicating this entry to Muslim women because it is related to Ramadhan month.

So, hi Muslim ladies J Have you start to jot down your first day of period? If you have ever jot down it before but currently stopped at the mean time, please start to jot down the date continuously without missed ! No matter either it is jotted down traditionally or in a modern method such as phone apps. It is very useful though !

Besides the fact that it is useful in for family’s planning, I would like to add some more based on my experience. I’ve got a problem to decide either my first day of period has finally reach the time or not (its hard for me to translate it into English. Hmmm my weaknesses. I can’t found the right and suitable structure to realize the sentence. Forgive my English. Will try harder to improve it !) the previous sentence is defining about samada period/haid awak dah datang ke belum – typical term amongst Malaysian Muslim female I guess.

By using the previous notes you’ve jotted down, its very easy for you to decide either it is your first day or not. Compared to the other group who never tick anything regarding their period, it is hard for them to decide the matter. The problem might arise when the period is very little for the initial phase. In Islam, a haid period for woman is one day and one night earlier (paling awal sehari semalam). So, if you already know it is the time range of your usual period time, its easy for you to decide without any doubt. In case you might be a little bit doubted on the matter, never hesitate to refer to the right people.

So yeah. That all for my today’s entry. I hope, it might be useful to all Muslim women out there who faced the same problem with me.

An addition to the above matter, I would like to share a little bit information regarding Ramadhan. Lets start to give more and more during Ramadhan and preserve this attitude on the becoming months. Andddd please renew your niat always. Niat can be set up before, during and after any event you’re facing. Also ask Allah to guide your heart and strength your Iman because human always being tested by Allah with the uncertainty in his/her heart. So, never forget to ask Allah in strengthen your heart and Iman and never go astray because only He can make it happen or not.
