Assalamualaikum..
My two weeks holiday fueled with many things. Most of the days I spent for my @ndyzaa.look development. build the business and create followers and i feel satisfied with what i achieved today. however, there are still many things have to be improved. if i know what i did now might improved a lil bit of my business, i should have try it earlier. but Allah's plan is great. He planned me a perfect timing where i should focus on my study first and this holiday, continuing with my agenda. Thank You Allah for the blessing.
what more? after couple of months of not cooking, today i did something for my lil bro and my mom of course because initially, i voiced it out to her and actually she likes it so much. last week was my rest week and this week, i've to work it on for everything i did tell my mom. so my bro is now at home he took a lift for me ! aaa terharu nya kakak mu ini. LOL
soo i cook spaghetti today. the bolognese. i googled the recipe from ...........
i'm sure that i don't need to write the recipe here because i know u olsss semua is way better than me.
the journey?
we went out and bought all of the ingredients. oh mahal juga everything pun. the daging kisar from ramly burger cost about RM6.80, the spaghetti RM5, the mushroom RM5, butter cup....
eh after list it out tak la banyak sangat tapi you know me? i'm so gonna make the bakul full and baru puas hati. LOL. so me and you shouldn't try it at home. wasting !
in the kitchen .. my mom will never share or accompany me for the whole journey whenever i'm in there. so i've to do it alone and of course, the small house is filled with my voice screaming calling for my mom asking this and that....
mak : use this one for the spaghetti.
i keep quiet and do nothing except my work
me : makkkk tak muat la. panjang sangat spaghettu ni.
mak ke belakang.
mak : i've told you. never listen.
so we shift from the small periuk to a bigger one
put the periuk on the stove and it exploding (small one) because i put in the oil with watery periuk. so the oil split and auchhh its hurt.
mak : let the periuk dry first then pour the oil in it.
me : okkk.
........
me : mak, bawang tu dia suruh layu je takyah garing, dah boleh masuk daging ke?
mak : mana? haa tunggu jap then baru masuk.
...........
me : mak, daging still sejuk la ada ais-ais lagi. boleh masuk dah ke. tak pe ke?
mak : boleh je. masuk je.
......
me : mak, carrot ni cemana nak kasi dia lembut?
mak : tak masuk air ke?
ru
me : aha dia suruh masuk susu dulu lepas nampak macam daging
tu dah serap susu tu, masuk tomato puri and tomato and baru
masuk air
mak : ha masuk la susu. nanti dia lembut la carrot tu
...........
me : mak, dia suruh hancurkan tomato ni takyah kasi berbijik.
mak : nanti dia hancur la dalam tu. letak atas api kan.
then she left me with the cook. ahaaa i can't wait to let people rasa my spaghetti. but i think the kuah punya isi macam besar sangat because the mushroom were not sliced smaller, the tomato still look like not a 'dadu' shape etc.
